- Create a Game Plan – Have some type of an idea of what is going to be stored in the back and the front. Things you are most likely going to be using soon stay in the front.
- Use Similar Sized Boxes – Boxes that are different sizes are extremely difficult to plan out storage. If you buy all boxes that are the same size, you will be able to easily stack and store anything.
- Label Everything – This should be a no-brainer, but label everything. You don’t want your important papers hidden in a box labelled “toiletries.”
- Make a Contents Master Storage List – If you take stock of everything within your storage. Make note of what box they are in and place the box in a specific place, then this is all good planning. Now, if you make a master list that has all of this information listed, then you’re good to go.
